Should you have any questions we would be pleased to hear from you during business hours. We are often away at shows, so please leave a message if you reach our answer phone and we will return your call as soon as possible.

All keep all our files and negatives forever. However, if you are ordering from proofs pre March 2003, discs and emails are not available unless ordered with an enlargement.

All enlargements will be professionally printed on photographic paper (not with an ink jet printer), suitably cropped, colour corrected and returned in a presentation folder with your proofs, within 30 days. Basic re-touching is included in the price however we do not totally remove backgrounds. Satisfaction Guaranteed or your money back!  Any work damaged or lost in the post will be immediately replaced.

© All photographs and proofs remain copyright to Julie Wilson. However, images purchased as an email may be professionally reproduced as photographs for personal use. Under no circumstances can enlargements be copied and reproduced as photographs however, the owner of the horse may publish the photo in magazines for promotion/sale of the photographed horse, providing it is credited to Julie Wilson. You do not need to seek my permission to use the photo for this purpose if the credit is given in the publication, including Horse Deals magazine.

EMAILING YOUR PHOTO

We have the most up to date professional digital imaging equipment. Your image can be emailed at 8” x 10” at 300 dpi and saved as a jpg file, for the low price of $20 per image. This is ideal to use in your advertisement, web page, email to someone or have printed as a photograph. You can make multiple copies of the image at no extra cost.
